PGS 15 Warehouse

General
The warehouse is divided into 6 separate compartments which are separated from each other by fire resistant walls and doors. Each compartment has been sub-divided into sections, these sections are separated by walls that have a fire repressing time of six hours. Adjacent to the warehouse you can find the fully covered shipping department which has a size of approximately 1000 square meters. The shipping department has 2 loading docks for loading and unloading trucks. The whole terrain around the warehouse has been made liquid tight.

Fire extinguishing installation
The fire extinguishing installation of the warehouse consists of a fully automated sprinkler system, the sprinkler heads are installed on both roof height and between the scaffoldings. Complementary to the sprinkler system, compartments 1 and 2 are equipped with an extinguish installation which uses “light-water” as a foamcreating instrument. A special basin arranges the buffering of polluted water.

Storage
JPB Logistics has 6000 pallet spaces available (measurement 0.8 x 1.2 meter) which can carry a maximum pallet weight of 1000 kg and a maximum height of 2 meters. Compartments 1 and 2 are under EX regulations and have an air refreshing system which completely refreshes the air in the compartment 4 times per hour. The other 4 compartments are completely refreshed 2 times per hour. Each compartment has an individual temperature set-up.
